Individual cover
VT Personal Health, policy POL-100482. James buys through VT Healthcare and the policy is underwritten by CJ6 Insurance Limited. He is the only person covered.
Family cover
VT Family Health, policy POL-100731. Sarah holds the policy and pays the premium, and CJ6 Insurance Limited underwrites it. Sarah, David and their daughter Ella are all covered. Each adult signs in separately, because health information belongs to each adult.
Ella Sweeney, aged 17, is covered as a child dependant. She gets her own sign-in when she turns 18.
Business cover
VT Corporate Health, scheme SCH-2044. Fenwick Bradley Ltd is Hannah’s employer. It buys the scheme through VT Healthcare and pays for it, and CJ6 Insurance Limited underwrites it. Hannah is the person covered, not her employer, so her claims stay between her and VT Healthcare.

Dataverse tables behind this portal
Boundary principle. VT Healthcare administers the scheme as a Managing General Agent, so its administration platform stays the system of record for policy, premium and claims financials, under the underwriting authority of CJ6 Insurance Limited. Dataverse holds the engagement layer of cases, documents, messages and consent. The portal reads policy data through the integration layer and never becomes a second source of truth.

Every person: members, covered adults, dependants, scheme administrators and their dependants. Family adults are separate contact records with their own portal identity.
